I had a long awaited fabric-dyeing session today, preferring to work outside as the potential for mess is high when hand dyeing. I even managed to do a spot of gardening in-between processes as the fabric dried. Two of my favourite things wrapped into one working day- making stuff and plant stuff = happiness.
I'm also pretty happy with the new olive green dip-dye, which is now sitting on the 'to sew' shelf awaiting transformation into the handy zip pouch and will be in the shop next week.
